Profile

Christian is a research fellow at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center research group on “Health and Social Inequality” and a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Sociology, Free University Berlin. His background is in political science and economics. He is interested in the interaction of inequalities at the individual and the contextual level, with a particular focus on neighbourhood and environmental inequalities by income and migration background and its consequences on other life outcomes such as health and education. Further interests are methods related to spatial data (GIS) and transportation and mobility.
